Strings Etc. is the cure for common wedding music! Of course we can perform traditional tunes like "Canon in D" and "Bridal Chorus," but we specialize in the music of classic and modern rock groups from Aerosmith and The Beatles to U2 and Led Zeppelin. After all, we have PERFORMED AND TOURED WITH most of these groups. We also perform music from your favorite video games like Halo and Mortal Kombat. We create our own custom arrangements of almost any requested song.

Strings Etc. has been providing professional string ensembles for weddings and special events since 1992. Michelle Jones, leader, is the Vinylinist and has many years of musical experience in a variety of genres. She is an accomplished violinist and violist that has performed with numerous symphony orchestras around the world, including principal violin with the world-renowned Mantovani Orchestra, concertmaster for the Florida Pops Orchestra, and featured rock violin soloist with the Florida Pops Orchestra and Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra. Michelle also performed and provided the strings for Josh Groban's first world tour after meeting him while performing with Sarah Brightman on her "La Luna" tour. She has performed multiple world tours to sold-out audiences in prestigious venues and arenas, including The People’s Hall of Congress in Beijing, Canada's world-famous Massey Hall, Hard Rock Live’s multiple locations, and recently at Orlando's new Amway Center Arena. Her performances have also been featured on MTV, VH1, ABC, WE tv, FOX, and Canada's CTV and BTV.

The musicians of Strings Etc. also perform as part of Fretless Rock, Violectric, and supoorting celebrity touring artists. With this collection of talent and experience, Strings Etc. is dedicated to providing the highest quality live music for your wedding or special event.
