Paul Cafcae is a Kitchener-based artist originally from the USSR. Paul blends Americana music—Rockabilly, Blues, Country, and Folk—with authentic Slavic lyricism, revitalizing roots music by injecting Eastern European motifs.
As a dedicated scholar of the early years of rock ‘n’ roll, Cafcae developed his program following the a recipe for an original music club sandwich from the '50s and early '60s: passionate vocal delivery paired with masterful guitar performances, topped with engaging storytelling, and seasoned with off-the-cuff comedy. This is the best show for the lovers of Elvis, Johnny Cash, Carl Perkins, Muddy Waters, Eddy Cochrane, the Beatles and others.
