The Apple Strudel Gang is a German Polka band. The band consists of Mark Hamza, accordion, Sheila Stratton, vocals, Jim Daniels, Tuba and Trombone, Jay Rattman, clarinet, Mike Morris, trumpet and Andrei Koribonics, drums. We have played at many a German Otoberfest festival in NJ and PA. We also have performed at German Pilsnerhaus in NJ. We are using a fantastic German song book called the Rheingold Orchestra.
