After playing his gut-string, homemade guitar to all the songs on the island`s local radio station, He departed St. Kitts to further his musical career. He ended up in the U S Virgin Islands playing cool Caribbean music - for all occasions - full time. After receiving a contract to play on a cruise ship from Melbourne Bch Fl. to Miami Bch Fl., Van Bertie is now available for all occasions on Guitar / Steel Drums and Vocals all over Florida, the US and the globe.
